No one is safe

Recently, the pentagon has came out and admitted that they were hacked stating that “about 24,000 files containing Pentagon data were stolen” including “information on “our most sensitive systems”"!

WTF? Seriously? The pentagon was stupid enough to have information about their most sensitive systems on a server which had a connection to the internet? Holy shit, what a stupid idea. If you have sensitive information, you should store it on a network that has no connection to the internet which will avoid all cyber attacks as there is no connection on which these attacks would be made.

On Aug 2nd the USA officially runs out of money. Or to be more specific, their income is less than their outgoings and as such, if they do not make alternate arrangements, it will result in them defaulting on their debt payment for the first time in history.

And yet, the USA has just announced that it will be building a life size clone of the internet so that they can conduct cyber war games to help defend their networks against attacks in the future. However, the money allocated for this is $500 Million! Seriously? You are about to run out of money and yet you can throw around wads of $500 Million dollars? WTF?

The future is very uncertain and worrying. Only time will tell what will happen or if this is some huge orchestrated attempt to collapse the entire economy.
